Women were always a way to pass the time… that was, until she walked into my life. Layla disregarded my charm, didn’t swoon at the sight of me, and seemed intolerant of my antics to gain her attention.
Yet, I couldn’t get her out of my head. I needed to get to know her. Most of all, I needed her to understand there was more to me than charm and a winning smile.

With my teaching contract ending early, I agreed to attend the Melbourne Grand Prix with my friends. I never anticipated I’d be thrown into the world of a popular sport I knew little about.
